No refunds

Santina Jewellery & Accessories will gladly exchange any item of purchase dependant on the following circumstances:

Return all items in the original packaging and in the exact condition as received.

No return or exchange on sale items. No return or exchange on earrings due to health regulations.

No exchange or refunds on items sold to customers outside Australia (due to postage costs).


Santina Jewellery guarantees the quality and workmanship of the jewellery and will repair or replace any items that may have what Santina Jewellery & Accessories considers to be of manufacturing fault.

Returns will only be considered for repair or replacement within a purchase period deemed reasonable by Santina Jewellery & Accessories.

Shipping & Delivery:

Your order will be shipped through Registered Express mail or Express Post with Australia Post. All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after the order and payment is received. Please allow 2-3 business days for domestic deliveries and 14 business days for international deliveries.
