Our Jewellery comes with a six-month warranty. Your warranty does not cover loss, changes in appearance, gradual degradation, damage, and breakage due to wear and tear or improper use or storage of your jewellery.Replacement or repair is at the sole discretion of Santina. We want you to enjoy the longevity of Santina Jewellery for as long as possible. We recommend the following to keep your jewellery in beautiful condition.

Avoid lotions, tanning products and perfumes - the chemicals in these products will react to the metals which can cause discolouration. 
All metals are delicate, so treat your piece with love and care.
We recommend cleaning your pieces regularly with a soft cloth.

Gold Plated & 925 Sterling Silver Base-metal Jewellery

Our gold pieces are galvanized gold plated on top of the sterling silver base. This ensure a beautiful thick layer of solid gold bonded over 925 sterling silver or copper. Our 925 sterling silver pieces are nickel-free, and hypoallergenic. These pieces are hard-wearing, can be worn every day if you like. These will last for many years. Overtime the jewellery may fade to a beautiful rose gold finish. 

Sterling Silver Plated & Copper Base-metal Jewellery

These pieces are beautiful and offer affordability. Similar to sterling silver, and with all the benefits, our jewellery is electroplated with 99.9% pure silver to ensure a similar finish to sterling silver without the cost. An alternative for customers who want quality jewellery but have a limited budget.

Fine silver-plated jewelry should be treated with the same care you would give to sterling silver pieces: Electroplated silver-plated jewelry may tarnish over time, a natural process that can be cleaned. Our jewellery is coated with an anti-tarnish coating to help protect against tarnishing, but it is still important to store your fine silver-plated jewelry with care. When you're not wearing your jewellery, it's good practice to store it in a jewelry box or bag. Try to avoid contact with harsh chemicals.

The PH of your Skin

One's body chemistry may affect how your jewellery wears, this is due to the fact that some people's perspiration & body oils are can be more acidic than others. This may cause discoloration or oxidization to your jewellery. In this case Santina Jewellery is not responsible for returning or exchanging pieces.
